Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint entitled Certain Activity Tracking Devices, Systems, and Components Thereof, DN 3075; the Commission is soliciting comments on any public interest issues raised by the complaint or complainant's filing under section 210.8(b) of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (19 CFR 210.8(b)).

The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of an expedited review pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (``the Act'') to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty order on chloropicrin from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.

The Commission hereby gives notice that it will proceed with full reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (``The Act'') to determine whether revocation of the countervailing duty order on polyethylene retail carrier bags from Vietnam and revocation of the antidumping duty orders on polyethylene retail carrier bags from China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. A schedule for the reviews will be established and announced at a later date.

Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on June 17, 2015, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337, on behalf of Reynolds Presto Products Inc. of Appleton, Wisconsin. A supplement to the complaint was filed on July 8, 2015. The complaint alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain resealable packages with slider devices by reason of infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent Reexamination Certificate No. 6,427,421 C1 (``the '421 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 6,524,002 (``the '002 patent''); and U.S. Patent No. 7,311,443 (``the '443 patent''). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by subsection (a)(2) of section 337. The complainant requests that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue a general exclusion order, or in the alternative, a limited exclusion order, and cease and desist orders.

Following receipt of a request on June 30, 2015, from the United States Trade Representative (USTR), the U.S. International Trade Commission (Commission) instituted investigation No. 332-554, Generalized System of Preferences: Possible Modifications, 2014 Review, for the purpose of providing such advice and information.

Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on June 12, 2015, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337, on behalf of eos Products, LLC of New York, New York and The Kind Group LLC of New York, New York. A supplement to the complaint was filed on June 30, 2015. The complaint alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain lip balm products, containers for lip balm, and components thereof by reason of infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 8,888,391 (``the '391 patent''). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists or is in the process of being established as required by subsection (a)(2) of section 337. The complainants request that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
