Presidio Trust 2018 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

This notice announces the Presidio Trust's receipt of and availability for public comment on an application from GTE Mobilnet of California d/b/a Verizon Wireless for installation of a wireless telecommunications facilities site (``Project'') in The Presidio of San Francisco. The proposed location of the Project is in the vicinity of 386 Moraga Avenue. The Project involves (i) installing a new 70-foot monopole to accommodate nine panel antenna panels, and (ii) placing the associated radio equipment on a concrete pad within a 20-foot by 20-foot fenced area. Power and telecommunications service will be brought to the site by underground trench. Comments: Comments on the proposed project must be sent to Steve Carp, Presidio Trust, 103 Montgomery Street, P.O. Box 29052, San Francisco, CA 94129-0052, and be received by December 11, 2018. A copy of Verizon's application is available upon request to the Presidio Trust.

In accordance with the Presidio Trust Act, and in accordance with the Presidio Trust's bylaws, notice is hereby given that a public meeting of the Presidio Trust Board of Directors will be held commencing 5:00 p.m. on October 18, 2018, at the Officers' Club, 50 Moraga Avenue, Presidio of San Francisco, California. The purposes of this meeting are to: Provide the Board Chair's report; provide the Chief Executive Officer's report; hold a National Environmental Policy Act scoping workshop for the Fort Winfield Scott project; and receive public comment on these and other matters pertaining to Trust business. The purposes of this meeting are: To provide the Board Chair's report; to provide the Chief Executive Officer's report; to receive selected presentations of concept proposals for development of the Fort Scott site; to receive public comment on the selected concept proposals for the Fort Scott site; to consider and potentially select which proposers will be invited to respond to a Request for Proposal for the Fort Scott site; and to receive public comment on other matters pertaining to Trust business.
