Presidio Trust Management Plan Main Post Update Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement
Pursuant to section 102(2)(c) of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969, as amended (Pub. L. 91-190, 42 U.S.C. 4321 et seq.) and in response to public comment, the Presidio Trust (Trust) is notifying interested parties that it will supplement the June 2008 Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) for the Presidio Trust Management Plan (PTMP) Main Post Update. The supplement will identify and discuss the environmental impacts of a preferred alternative that combines elements of alternatives previously analyzed in the draft SEIS.
Notice of Receipt of and Availability for Public Comment on an Application for Wireless Telecommunications Facilities Site
This notice announces the Presidio Trust's receipt of and availability for public comment on an application from Omnipoint Communications, Inc. d/b/a T-Mobile for a temporary wireless telecommunications facilities site (``Project'') in The Presidio of San Francisco. The proposed location of the Project is below the Highway 101 overpass adjacent to Doyle Drive, in the vicinity of 1158 Gorgas Avenue. The Project involves (i) licensing a 28' x 22' area (``Site''), (ii) placing a trailer with a cellular facility on wheels (``COW'') measuring approximately 27' x 8' on the Site, (iii) installing an 8'- high chain link fence with slats within a portion of an area already enclosed by a 12'-high chain link fence, and (iv) accessing electricity and telephone connectivity from 1158 Gorgas Avenue through surface conduit covered with an asphalt curb or crowned and sloped covering. The COW will host (a) a galvanized steel tower approximately 50' tall, holding six antenna, three of which will be located at approximately 42' and three of which will be located at approximately 47', each measuring less than 56'' x 14'' x 4'', (b) radio equipment, and (c) all other equipment necessary to operate the Project, including an equipment cabinet measuring approximately 5.5' high x 4' x 3'. A copy of T- Mobile's application is available upon request to the Presidio Trust.
Notice To Extend Comment Period and Notice of Rescheduled Public Meeting
By Federal Register notice of August 1, 2008 (73 FR 45092), the Presidio Trust (Trust) extended the Environmental Protection Agency-calculated 45-day time period for public review of the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) to September 19, 2008. The previous deadline for comments was July 31, 2008. By Federal Register notice of September 15, 2008 (73 FR 53295), the Trust (i) further extended the time period for public review of the SEIS to October 20, 2008, and (ii) announced a public meeting of the Trust Board of Directors scheduled for October 14, 2008. By Federal Register notice of October 10, 2008 (FR 60368), the Trust (i) further extended the time period of public review of the SEIS to November 17, 2008, and (ii) announced the postponement of the public meeting of the Trust Board of Directors to November 13, 2008. By this notice, the Trust is (i) further extending the public comment period to December 15, 2008, and (ii) in accordance with Sec. 103(c)(6) of the Presidio Trust Act, 16 U.S.C. 460bb note, Title I of Public Law 104-333, 110 Stat. 4097, as amended, and in accordance with the Trust's bylaws, informing the public that the public meeting of the Trust Board of Directors is now rescheduled for December 9, 2008.

In accordance with Sec. 103(c)(6) of the Presidio Trust Act, 16 U.S.C. 460bb note, Title I of Pub. L. 104-333, 110 Stat. 4097, as amended, and in accordance with the Presidio Trust's bylaws, notice is hereby given that a public meeting of the Presidio Trust Board of Directors will be held commencing 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 13, 2008, at the St. Mary's Conference Center, 1111 Gough Street, San Francisco, California. The Presidio Trust was created by Congress in 1996 to manage approximately eighty percent of the former U.S. Army base known as the Presidio, in San Francisco, California. The purposes of this meeting are to provide an Executive Director's report, to receive public comment at a second public meeting of the Presidio Trust's Board of Directors on the Draft Presidio Trust Management Plan Main Post Update and Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement, and to receive public comment on other matters in accordance with the Presidio Trust's Public Outreach Policy. Notice Extending Prescribed Comment Period
By Federal Register notice of June 13, 2008 (73 FR 33814), the Environmental Protection Agency calculated the 45-day time period for public review of the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS). The deadline for comments was July 31, 2008. By this notice, the Presidio Trust (Trust) is extending the public comment period to September 19, 2008. Although the time for comments has been extended, the Trust requests that interested parties provide comments as soon as possible.

L. 104-333, 110 Stat. 4097, as amended, and in accordance with the Presidio Trust's bylaws, notice was given that a public meeting of the Presidio Trust Board of Directors would be held commencing 6:30 p.m. on Monday, July 14, 2008, at the Officers' Club, 50 Moraga Avenue, Presidio of San Francisco, California. The agenda for the meeting has been expanded. The purposes of this meeting are to approve budgets for four projects, to adopt a revised budget for Fiscal Year 2008, to receive public comment on the draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for the Main Post, to provide an Executive Director's report, and to receive public comment on other matters in accordance with the Trust's Public Outreach Policy.
