Regulations Implementing the Freedom of Information Act
The Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission (OSHRC) revises its regulations implementing the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). The regulations have been updated to reflect the amendments to the FOIA from the Openness Promotes Effectiveness in our National Government Act of 2007 (OPEN Government Act), as well as changes in OSHRC's own policies and procedures.

The document made various corrections and technical amendments to its rules and regulations set forth in parts 2200, 2203, and 2204. This correction removes the erroneous instruction and discussion of it in the preamble.

In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, 5 U.S.C. 552a, as amended, the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission (OSHRC) is proposing in this notice (1) the addition of a new system of records and (2) revisions to its preexisting systems of records last published in full text on April 14, 2006 at 71 FR 19556.
No FEAR Act
The Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission (OSHRC) is publishing this notice under the ``Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002,'' which is known as the No FEAR Act, to inform current employees, former employees, and applicants for OSHRC employment of the rights and protections available to them under Federal antidiscrimination, whistleblower protection, and retaliation laws.
