NASA is amending its regulations to clarify and update the procedures for board recommended awards, and the procedures and requirements for recommended special initial awards, including patent application awards, software release awards, and Tech Brief awards, and to update citations and the information on the systems used for reporting inventions and issuing award payments. The revisions to this rule are part of NASA's retrospective plan under EO 13563 completed in August 2011. Federal Acquisition Regulation; Revision of Cost Accounting Standards Threshold
DoD, GSA, and NASA are issuing a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to revise the threshold for applicability of cost accounting standards in order to implement a recent rule of the Cost Accounting Standards Board and statutory requirements.

This Trade Promotion Agreement is a free trade agreement that provides for mutually non-discriminatory treatment of eligible products and services from Colombia.
Federal Acquisition Regulation; Prohibition on Contracting With Inverted Domestic Corporations
DoD, GSA, and NASA are issuing an interim rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement a section of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2012, that prohibits the award of contracts using appropriated funds to any foreign incorporated entity that is treated as an inverted domestic corporation or to any subsidiary of such entity.
