Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on April 11, 2016, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337, on behalf of Daimler AG of Stuttgart, Germany. Supplements to the Complaint were filed on April 28, 2016 and April 29, 2016. On May 2, 2016, the Commission voted on Complainant's request to postpone the determination on whether to institute an investigation based on the Complaint, which was approved by the Commission. See EDIS Doc. ID 580171 (May 3, 2016). Complainant further supplemented the Complaint on May 18, 2016. The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by subsection (a)(2) of section 337. The Commission hereby gives notice that it will proceed with full reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty orders on frozen warmwater shrimp from Brazil, China, India, Thailand, and Vietnam would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. A schedule for the reviews will be established and announced at a later date.
