Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on February 19, 2025, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, on behalf of AX Wireless, LLC of Austin, Texas. Supplements to the complaint were filed on March 6 and 11, 2025. The complaint alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain video game consoles, routers and gateways, and components thereof by reason of the infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 10,917,272 ("the '272 patent"); U.S. Patent No. 11,646,927 ("the '927 patent"); U.S. Patent No. 11,777,776 ("the '776 patent"); and U.S. Patent No. 12,063,134 ("the '134 patent"). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by the applicable Federal Statute. The complainant requests that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.

The Commission hereby gives notice of the institution of investigations and commencement of preliminary phase antidumping and countervailing duty investigations Nos. 701-TA-758 and 731-TA-1739 (Preliminary) pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 ("the Act") to determine whether there is a reasonable indication that an industry in the United States is materially injured or threatened with material injury by reason of imports of fiberglass door panels from China, provided for in subheading 3925.20.00 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, that are alleged to be sold in the United States at less than fair value and alleged to be subsidized by the Government of China. Unless the Department of Commerce ("Commerce") extends the time for initiation, the Commission must reach a preliminary determination in antidumping and countervailing duty investigations in 45 days, or in this case by May 5, 2025. The Commission's views must be transmitted to Commerce within five business days thereafter, or by May 12, 2025.

Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on February 18, 2025, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, on behalf of Longitude Licensing Ltd. of Ireland and Marlin Semiconductor Limited of Ireland. The complaint was supplemented on February 21, 2025, and March 10, 2025. The complaint, as supplemented, alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain foreign-fabricated semiconductor devices, products containing the same, and components thereof by reason of the infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 7,745,847 ("the '847 Patent"); U.S. Patent No. 9,093,473 ("the '473 Patent"); U.S. Patent No. 9,147,747 ("the '747 Patent"); U.S. Patent No. 9,184,292 ("the '292 Patent"); and U.S. Patent No. 9,953,880 ("the '880 Patent"). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists or is in the process of being established as required by the applicable Federal Statute. The complainant requests that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.

The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of a full review pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 ("the Act") to determine whether termination of the suspended investigation on fresh tomatoes from Mexico would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. The Commission has determined to exercise its authority to extend the review period by up to 90 days.

The complaint, as supplemented, alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain glow fish tape systems, safety helmet systems, and components thereof by reason of the infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 11,452,327 ("the '327 patent"); U.S. Patent No. 11,713,209 ("the '209 patent"); and U.S. Patent No. 12,187,573 ("the '573 patent"). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by the applicable Federal Statute. The complainant requests that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue a limited exclusion order and a cease and desist order.

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined to review a final initial determination ("FID") of the presiding administrative law judge ("ALJ") finding no violation of section 337 in the above-captioned investigation.

The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of a full review pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 ("the Act") to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty order on certain welded large diameter line pipe from Japan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. The Commission has determined to exercise its authority to extend the review period by up to 90 days.

Notice is hereby given that on March 6, 2025, the presiding administrative law judge ("ALJ") issued an Initial Determination on Violation of Section 337. The ALJ also issued a Recommended Determination on remedy and bonding should a violation be found in the above-captioned investigation. The Commission is soliciting submissions on public interest issues raised by the recommended relief should the Commission find a violation. This notice is soliciting comments from the public and interested government agencies only.

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined to review in part a final initial determination ("ID") issued by the presiding administrative law judge ("ALJ") on December 5, 2024, finding no violation of section 337 in the above-referenced investigation and, on review, to affirm the finding of no violation. The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of an expedited review pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 ("the Act") to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty order on malleable iron pipe fittings from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
