ACTION: Notice.
AGENCY:
The Commission hereby gives
notice that it will proceed with full
reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of
1930 to determine whether revocation of
the antidumping duty orders on frozen
warmwater shrimp from Brazil, China,
India, Thailand, and Vietnam would be
likely to lead to continuation or
recurrence of material injury within a
reasonably foreseeable time. A schedule
for the reviews will be established and
announced at a later date.
DATES: Effective June 6, 2016.

SUMMARY:
On June 6,
2016, the Commission determined that
it should proceed to full reviews in the
subject five-year reviews pursuant to
section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930
(19 U.S.C. 1675(c)). With respect to the
orders on the subject merchandise from
Brazil, India, Thailand, and Vietnam,
the Commission found that both the
domestic and respondent interested
party group responses to its notice of

but that circumstances warranted
conducting a full review. A record of the

Commission’s statement on adequacy,
and any individual Commissioner’s
statements will be available from the
Office of the Secretary and at the
Commission’s Web site.

AGENCY:
Notice is hereby given that a
complaint was filed with the U.S.
International Trade Commission on
April 11, 2016, under section 337 of the
Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19
U.S.C. 1337, on behalf of Daimler AG of
Stuttgart, Germany. Supplements to the
Complaint were filed on April 28, 2016
and April 29, 2016. On May 2, 2016, the
Commission voted on Complainant’s
request to postpone the determination
on whether to institute an investigation
based on the Complaint, which was
approved by the Commission. See EDIS
