Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35), the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Regulatory Secretariat (VPR) will be submitting to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve an extension of a currently approved information collection requirement concerning U.S.-Flag Air Carriers Certification. A request for public comments was published in the Federal Register at 73 FR 76004, December 15, 2008. No comments were received.

Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35), the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Regulatory Secretariat will be submitting to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve an extension of a currently approved information collection requirement concerning service contracting. This OMB clearance expires on July 31, 2009.

Chapter 35), the General Services Administration will be submitting to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve a renewal of a currently approved information collection requirement regarding identification of products with environmental attributes. A request for public comments was published at 73 FR 74721, December 9, 2008. No comments were received.

The Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration have agreed to delay the applicability date of FAR Case 2007-013, Employment Eligibility Verification, to June 30, 2009.

Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35), the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Regulatory Secretariat will be submitting to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve an extension of a currently approved information collection requirement concerning Buy American ActFree Trade AgreementsIsraeli Trade Act Certificate. The clearance currently expires on June 30, 2009.

The General Services Administration (GSA) is amending the GSA

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council (Councils) are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement revisions to the Small Business Administration's HUBZone Program as a result of revisions to the Small Business Administration's regulations.

GSA reviewed its Privacy Act systems to ensure that they are relevant, necessary, accurate, up-to-date, covered by the appropriate legal or regulatory authority, and compliant with OMB M-07-16. This notice is an updated Privacy Act system of records notice.

The General Services Administration (GSA) is amending the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) to clarify that travelers must deduct the appropriate amounts from their meals and incidental expense (M&IE) allowance when meals are part of a registration fee or otherwise paid for by the Government, in conjunction with attendance at conferences or other events while on official travel. In addition, GSA is amending the FTR to clarify that in limited instances, agencies may allow employees to claim the full M&IE allwance when employees are unable to consume meals furnished by the Government.

Pursuant to the requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA), 42 U.S.C. 4321-4347, the Council on Environmental Quality Regulations (40 CFR parts 1500-1508), GSA Order PBS P 1095.1F (Environmental considerations in decision-making, dated October 19, 1999), and the GSA Public Buildings Service NEPA Desk Guide, dated October 1999, on December 16, 2008, GSA issued a Record of Decision on the DHS Headquarters Consolidation at St. Elizabeths Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) (GSA, November 2008) to implement Campus Redevelopment Alternative 5 as defined in the Final EIS.
