Sunshine Act Notice
Pursuant to the provisions of the ``Government in the Sunshine Act'' (5 U.S.C. 552b), notice is hereby given of the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board's (Board) public hearing and meeting described below. The Board will conduct a public hearing and meeting pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 2286b and invites any interested persons or groups to present any comments, technical information, or data concerning safety issues related to the matters to be considered.

Privacy Act; System of Records
Each Federal agency is required by the Privacy Act of 1974, 5 U.S.C. 552a, to publish a description of the systems of records containing personal information as defined by the Privacy Act. In this notice, the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board (DNFSB) updates the descriptions of the eight systems it currently maintains, and announces the creation of a ninth system.
Safety Culture at the Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant
Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 2286a(a)(5), the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board has made a recommendation to the Secretary of Energy concerning the safety culture at the Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant located at the Hanford site in the state of Washington.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Government in the Sunshine Act, 5 U.S.C. 552b, and as authorized by 42 U.S.C. 2286b, notice is hereby given of the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board's (Board) public meeting and hearing.
Sunshine Act Meeting Postponed
The Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board (Board) published a document in the Federal Register of March 3, 2011 (76 FR 11764), concerning notice of a public hearing and meeting on March 31, 2011, with regard to the Department of Energy's and National Nuclear Security Administration's safety management and oversight of the contracts and contractors they rely upon to accomplish the mission assigned under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, at defense nuclear facilities. The public hearing and meeting has been postponed. The Board intends to reschedule the hearing and meeting and will publish a notice of the rescheduled date in the Federal Register when that date has been determined.

Public Availability of Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board FY 2010 Service Contract Inventory
In accordance with Section 743 of Division C of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2010 (Pub. L. 111-117), the Board is publishing this notice to advise the public of the availability of the FY 2010 Service Contract inventory. This inventory provides information on service contract actions over $25,000 made in FY 2010. The information is organized by function to show how contracted resources are distributed throughout the agency. The inventory has been developed in accordance with guidance issued on November 5, 2010 by the Office of Management and Budget's Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP).
