Proposed Submission of Information Collection for OMB Review; Comment Request; Generic Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on Agency Service Delivery
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board (Access Board) invites comment on the proposed extension of its existing generic clearance for the collection of qualitative feedback on agency service delivery, which was developed as part of a Federal Government- wide effort to streamline the process for seeking feedback from the public expires in January 2021. (OMB Control No. 3014-0011). This information collection on service delivery. With this notice, the Access Board solicits comments on extension of its existing generic clearance without change. Following review of comments received in response to this 60-day notice, the Access Board intends to submit a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to renew its generic clearance for collection of qualitative feedback for another three-year term.
Guidance Procedures
The Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board (hereafter, ``Access Board,'' or ``Board'') issues this final rule to implement an Executive Order entitled ``Promoting the Rule of Law Through Improved Agency Guidance Documents.'' By this rule, the Access Board establishes internal, procedural requirements governing the issuance, public availability, and modification or withdrawal of Access Board guidance documents.
Proposed Renewal of Information Collection; Online Architectural Barriers Act (ABA) Complaint Form
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board (Access Board) announces its submission, concurrently with the publication of this Notice or soon thereafter, of the following information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for its review and approval. The Access Board invites comment on its ``Online Architectural Barriers Act (ABA) Complaint Form.'' (OMB Control No. 3014-0012). The information collection is scheduled to expire on August 31, 2020, and we propose to continue using the instrument for an additional three years.

Americans With Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines for Transportation Vehicles; Rail Vehicles; Extension of Comment Period
The Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board (Access Board) is extending until July 14, 2020 the comment period for the document entitled ``Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines for Transportation Vehicles; Rail Vehicles'' that appeared in the Federal Register on February 14, 2020. In that document, the Access Board requested comments by May 14, 2020. The Access Board is taking this action to allow interested persons additional time to submit comments.

Americans With Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines for Transportation Vehicles; Rail Vehicles
Notice is hereby given that the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board (Access Board) will hold a public hearing to gather information and hear public comment on its recently published advance notice of proposed rulemaking concerning updates to our existing guidelines for rail vehicles covered by the Americans With Disabilities Act.
Americans With Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines for Transportation Vehicles; Rail Vehicles
We, the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board (hereafter, ``Access Board'', ``Board'', or ``we''), are issuing this Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPRM) to begin the process of updating our existing accessibility guidelines for rail vehicles covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). By this ANPRM, the Access Board invites public comment on the substance of recommendations contained in the report issued by its Rail Vehicles Access Advisory Committee (RVAAC) and poses related questions. The Board will consider comments received in response to this ANPRM, along with the recommendations in the RVACC report, to develop proposed updates to our rail vehicle accessibility guidelines in a future rulemaking.
