Notice is hereby given that on June 8, 2021, the presiding administrative law judge (``ALJ'') issued an Initial Determination on Violation of Section 337. The ALJ also issued a Recommended Determination on remedy and bonding should a violation be found in the above-captioned investigation. The Commission is soliciting submissions on public interest issues raised by the recommended relief should the Commission find a violation. This notice is soliciting comments from the public only.

In this document, the Wireline Competition Bureau (Bureau) seeks comment on the proposed application filing process for the $1.9 billion Secure and Trusted Communications Networks Reimbursement Program (Reimbursement Program). The Bureau also seeks comment on proposed information fields to be collected on forms eligible providers of advanced communications services will be required to submit to request funding allocations and disbursements from the Reimbursement Program.

The Inter-American Foundation (IAF), as part of its continuing efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, conducts a preclearance consultation program to provide the general public and federal agencies with an opportunity to comment on proposed and/or continuing collections of information in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This program helps ensure that requested data is provided in the desired format; reporting burden (time and financial resources) is minimized; collection instruments are clearly understood; and the impact of collection requirements on respondents is properly assessed.

The Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015 established the Physician-Focused Payment Model Technical Advisory Committee to provide comments and recommendations to the Secretary of Health and Human Services on physician payment models and gave the Comptroller General responsibility for appointing its members. GAO is now accepting nominations of individuals for this committee.

As part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork burdens, and as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), the Federal Communications Commission (FCC or Commission) invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on the following information collection(s). Comments are requested concerning: Whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the Commission, including whether the information shall have practical utility; the accuracy of the Commission's burden estimate; ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information collected; ways to minimize the burden of the collection of information on the respondents, including the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology; and ways to further reduce the information collection burden on small business concerns with fewer than 25 employees. The FCC may not conduct or sponsor a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number. No person shall be subject to any penalty for failing to comply with a collection of information subject to the PRA that does not display a valid OMB control number.

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission (``Commission'') has determined not to review: An initial determination (``ID'') (Order No. 11) issued by the presiding administrative law judge (``ALJ'') partially terminating the investigation with respect to certain respondents; and an ID (Order No. 12) terminating the investigation with respect to the sole remaining respondent and thereby in its entirety. The investigation is hereby terminated.

This document corrects the final rule published by the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission in the Federal Register on May 17, 2021. That rule revised the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission's rules implementing the Equal Access to Justice Act.

On September 19, 2019, the Securities and Exchange Commission (the ``Commission'') adopted recordkeeping, reporting, and notification requirements applicable to security-based swap dealers and major security-based swap participants, securities count requirements applicable to certain security-based swap dealers, and additional recordkeeping requirements applicable to broker-dealers to account for their security-based swap and swap activities. Release 34-87005 (Sept. 19, 2019) was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 16, 2019 ( ). This document corrects certain technical inaccuracies in that release.

In this document, the Federal Communications Commission proposes to require covered text providers to support text messaging to 988, the 3-digit dialing code to reach the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. We seek comment on this proposal and related issues, such as the text message formats that covered text providers must transmit to 988 and the timeframe for implementation.
