In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act, as amended, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) announces a meeting of the Planetary Science Advisory Committee. The meeting will be held for the purpose of soliciting, from the scientific community and other persons, scientific and technical information relevant to program planning.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (Commission) and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) that the Nevada Advisory Committee (Committee) will hold a meeting via web conference on Wednesday, September 1, 2021, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time. The Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission (``OSHRC'') is amending its procedural rules implementing the Equal Access to Justice Act (``EAJA''). The amendments closely conform with new model rules from the Administrative Conference of the United States.

As part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork burdens, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC or the Commission) invites the general public and other Federal Agencies to take this opportunity to comment on the following information collection. Pursuant to the Small Business Paperwork Relief Act of 2002, the FCC seeks specific comment on how it can further reduce the information collection burden for small business concerns with fewer than 25 employees.

In December 2017, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) issued a consumer product safety standard for children's folding chairs and stools. The standard incorporated by reference the applicable ASTM voluntary standard. The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) sets forth a process for updating mandatory standards for durable infant or toddler products that are based on a voluntary standard, when a voluntary standards organization revises the standard. Since 2017, ASTM has revised the voluntary standard for children's folding chairs and stools twice. Consistent with the CPSIA update process, this direct final rule updates the mandatory standard for children's folding chairs and stools to incorporate by reference ASTM's 2021 version of the voluntary standard.

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is confirming the effective date of June 7, 2021, for the direct final rule that was published in the Federal Register on March 24, 2021. This direct final rule amended the TN Americas LLC Standardized NUHOMS[supreg] Horizontal Modular Storage System listing in the ``List of approved spent fuel storage casks'' to include Renewed Amendment No. 17 to Certificate of Compliance No. 1004. Renewed Amendment No. 17 revises the certificate of compliance technical specifications to add Heat Load Zoning Configurations 11-13 for the 61BTH Type 2 dry shielded canister and change the maximum assembly heat load from 1.2kW to 1.7kW.

The Securities and Exchange Commission (``Commission'') intends to issue an order that would adjust for inflation dollar amount thresholds in the rule under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 that permits investment advisers to charge performance-based fees to ``qualified clients.'' Under that rule, an investment adviser may charge performance-based fees if a ``qualified client'' has a certain minimum net worth or minimum dollar amount of assets under the management of the adviser. The Commission's order would increase, to reflect inflation, the minimum net worth that a ``qualified client'' must have under the rule. The order would also increase, to reflect inflation, the minimum dollar amount of assets under management. Hearing or Notification of Hearing: An order adjusting the dollar amount tests specified in the definition of ``qualified client'' will be issued unless the Commission orders a hearing. Interested persons may request a hearing by writing to the Commission's Secretary. Hearing requests should be received by the Commission's Office of the Secretary by 5:30 p.m. on June 4, 2021. Hearing requests should state the nature of the writer's interest, the reason for the request, and the issues contested. Persons who wish to be notified of a hearing may request notification by writing to the Commission's Secretary. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has issued an exemption in response to a March 6, 2020, request from Southern Nuclear Operating Company, Inc. (SNC), as applicable to Vogtle Electric Generating Plant (VEGP) Unit 4. Specifically, the NRC has exempted SNC from the requirement for VEGP Unit 4 to conduct an emergency preparedness exercise prior to its initial fuel load.

The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of expedited reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (``the Act'') to determine whether revocation of the countervailing and antidumping duty orders on steel nails from Korea, Malaysia, Oman, Taiwan, and Vietnam would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.

Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on April 8, 2021, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, on behalf of Celanese International Corporation of Irving, Texas; Celanese (Malta) Company 2 Limited of Qormi, Malta; and Celanese Sales U.S. Ltd. of Irving, Texas. A supplement to the complaint was filed on April 22, 2021. The complaint, as supplemented, alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain high-potency sweeteners, processes for making same, and products containing same by reason of infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 10,023,546 (``the '546 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 10,208,004 (``the '004 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 10,590,098 (``the '098 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 10,233,163 (``the '163 patent); and U.S. Patent No. 10,590,095 (``the '095 patent''). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by the applicable Federal Statute. The complainant requests that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
