The Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM), as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal Agencies to comment on the proposed information collection, as required by the paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (Commission), and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), that a briefing of the New Hampshire Advisory Committee to the Commission will convene by web conference on Monday, May 17, 2021 at 4:00-5:00 p.m. (ET). The purpose of the web conference is to announce the release of its report on solitary confinement in New Hampshire and share findings and recommendations from the report.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (Commission) and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) that the Oregon Advisory Committee (Committee) will hold a meeting via web conference on Tuesday, May 18, 2021, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time. The purpose of the meeting is to continue reviewing report findings and recommendations.

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) recently submitted a request for renewal of an existing collection of information to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review. The information collection is entitled, ``Reactor Site Criteria.''

In this document, the Commission announces that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved, for a period of three years, the information collection requirements associated with the Commission's RF Safety Rulemaking Second Report and Order (Order). Pursuant to section 189.a.(2) of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is publishing this regular monthly notice. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has issued an exemption in response to a September 11, 2020, request from Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon), to allow Exelon to submit a subsequent license renewal application for Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station, Unit 1, at least 3 years prior to the expiration of the existing license and, if it is found sufficient, still receive timely renewal protection.
