Scheduling of Expedited Five-Year Reviews; Certain Steel Grating From China
The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of expedited reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (``the Act'') to determine whether revocation of the countervailing and antidumping duty orders on certain steel grating from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.

Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on March 9, 2021, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, on behalf of Wangs Alliance Corporation d/b/a WAC Lighting. A supplement to the complaint was filed on March 25, 2021. The complaint, as supplemented, alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain LED landscape lighting devices and components thereof by reason of infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 10,571,101 (``the '101 patent'') and U.S. Patent No. 10,920,971 (``the '971 patent''). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by the applicable Federal Statute. Caribbean Basin Economic Recovery Act: Impact on U.S. Industries and Consumers and on Beneficiary Countries
The Commission has scheduled a public hearing for June 8, 2021, and is inviting the public to submit information in connection with the preparation of its 25th report under section 215 of the Caribbean Basin Economic Recovery Act, which requires the Commission to report biennially to the Congress and the President by September 30 of each reporting year on the economic impact of the Act on U.S. industries and U.S. consumers and on the economy of the beneficiary countries. The report is being prepared under Commission Investigation No. 332-227, Caribbean Basin Economic Recovery Act: Impact on U.S. Industries and Consumers and on Beneficiary Countries. The report will cover trade during calendar years 2019 and 2020, and the report will be transmitted to the Congress and the President by September 30, 2021.
Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed Collection Renewal; Comment Request
The FDIC, as part of its obligations under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on the renewal of the existing information collections described below (OMB Control No. 3064-0006; -0015; -0019; -0097).
Federal Reserve Bank Capital Stock
The Board of Governors (Board) invites public comment on a proposal to automate non-merger-related adjustments to member banks' subscriptions to Federal Reserve Bank (Reserve Bank) capital stock. The Board is also proposing certain technical amendments to Regulation I and conforming revisions to the FR 2056 reporting form.
Public Hearing
The Susquehanna River Basin Commission will hold a public hearing on May 6, 2021. Due to the COVID-19 situation and the relevant orders in place in the Commission's member jurisdictions, the Commission will hold this hearing telephonically. At this public hearing, the Commission will hear testimony on the projects listed in the SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION section of this notice. The Commission will also hear testimony on a proposed rulemaking and three proposed policies at this hearing. Such projects and proposals are intended to be scheduled for Commission action at its next business meeting, tentatively scheduled for June 17, 2021, which will be noticed separately. The public should take note that this public hearing will be the only opportunity to offer oral comment to the Commission for the listed projects and proposals. The deadline for the submission of written comments is May 17, 2021.
Emergency Broadband Benefit Program
In this document, the Federal Communications Commission (Commission) established the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program (EBB Program) to support broadband services and devices to help low-income households. The Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (CAA) established an Emergency Broadband Connectivity Fund of $3.2 billion in the Treasury of the United States for the fiscal year 2021, to remain available until expended. The CAA directed the Commission to use the fund to establish the EBB Program, under which eligible low-income households may receive a discount off the cost of broadband service and certain connected devices during an emergency period related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Bankruptcy Regulations
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (the ``Commission'') is amending its regulations governing bankruptcy proceedings of commodity brokers. The amendments are meant comprehensively to update those regulations to reflect current market practices and lessons learned from past commodity broker bankruptcies.
