Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint entitled Certain Light-Emitting Diode Products, Fixtures, and Components Thereof, DN 3473; the Commission is soliciting comments on any public interest issues raised by the complaint or complainant's filing pursuant to the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure.

As part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork burdens, and as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC or the Commission) invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on the following information collection. In this document, the Office of Engineering and Technology respond to Ultra Wide Band Alliance (UWB Alliance) request seeking a 30-day extension of the comment period for the proposed rule published in the Federal Register on May 28, 2020. It is the general policy of the Commission that extensions of time shall not be routinely granted. The Commission denies the request of UWB Alliance to extend the deadline for filing comments and replies in the Unlicensed Use of the 6 GHz Band proceeding.
