The Commission has prepared and published annual reports in this series under investigation No. 332-345, Recent Trends in U.S. Services Trade, since 1996. The 2018 report, which the Commission plans to publish in May 2018, will provide aggregate data on cross-border trade in services for the period ending in 2017, and transactions by affiliates based outside the country of their parent firm for the period ending in 2015. The report's analysis will focus on electronic services (including audiovisual, computer, and telecommunication services).The Commission is inviting interested members of the public to furnish information and views in connection with the 2018 report.

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is correcting a notice that was published in the Federal Register on June 29, 2017, regarding an application for indirect transfer of license filed by AREVA, Inc., on April 14, 2017. This action is necessary to add licenses that were omitted from the original application. The original application requested NRC approval of the indirect transfer of Material License SNM-1227, Import License IW009, and Export Licenses XSNM3471, XSNM3551, XSNM3697, XSNM3747, XSOU8833, and XCOM1202, for the Richland, Washington Fuel Manufacturing Facility from AREVA SA, the current parent company of the license holder to Electricite de France (EDF). The amended application adds Export Licenses XCOM1304, XSNM3780, XSNM3781, XSNM3782, and XW015 to the requested action.

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is revising its licensing guidance for licenses authorizing the use of Yttrium-90 (Y- 90) Microsphere Brachytherapy Sources and Devices TheraSphere[supreg] and SIR-Spheres[supreg]. The NRC is requesting public comment on the draft revision of the licensing guidance (Rev. 10). The document has been revised to significantly update the criteria for training and experience, medical event reporting, inventory requirement specifications, and waste disposal issues. The revised guidance document also provides new information regarding cremation and autopsy. This guidance is intended for use by NRC applicants, NRC licensees, and the NRC staff.

On August 23, 2017, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requested public comment on a Petition for Rulemaking (PRM) received from Matthew McKinley on behalf of the Organization of Agreement States (OAS, or the Petitioner). The NRC has decided to extend the public comment period for 30 calendar days to allow more time for members of the public to develop and submit their comments.

Centennial Challenges is a program of prize competitions to stimulate innovation in technologies of interest and value to NASA and the nation. The 3DPH Challenge Phase 3 On-Site Habitat Competition is a prize competition with a $2,000,000 total prize purse to develop and demonstrate capabilities to autonomously manufacture through 3D- printing technologies a habitat on another planetary body using mission recycled materials and/or local indigenous materials. The Phase 3 competition consists of 5 levels. This technology demonstration competition has great potential value for terrestrial applications.

The President of the United States may proclaim a modification to the USMFTA rules of origin for textile and apparel products after the United States reaches an agreement with the Government of Morocco on a modification under Article 4.3.6 of the USMFTA to address issues of availability of supply of fibers, yarns, or fabrics in the territories of the Parties. CITA hereby solicits public comments on this request, in particular with regard to whether certain woven fabrics can be supplied by the U.S. domestic industry in commercial quantities in a timely manner.
