Meetings of Humanities Panel
The National Endowment for the Humanities will hold seventeen meetings of the Humanities Panel, a federal advisory committee, during August, 2017. The purpose of the meetings is for panel review, discussion, evaluation, and recommendation of applications for financial assistance under the National Foundation on the Arts and Humanities Act of 1965.
FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company; Beaver Valley Power Station, Units 1 and 2
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is considering issuance of amendments to Facility Operating License Nos. 50-334 and 50-412, issued to FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company, for operation of the Beaver Valley Power Station (Beaver Valley), Units 1 and 2. The proposed amendments would modify requirements on control and shutdown rods, and rod and bank position indication for Beaver Valley, Unit 2, and make additional, supporting changes to Beaver Valley, Units 1 and 2, Technical Specifications.

Hardwood Plywood From China; Scheduling of the Final Phase of Countervailing Duty and Antidumping Duty Investigations
The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of the final phase of antidumping and countervailing duty investigation Nos. 701-TA-565 and 731-TA-1341 (Final) pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (``the Act'') to determine whether an industry in the United States is materially injured or threatened with material injury, or the establishment of an industry in the United States is materially retarded, by reason of imports of hardwood plywood from China, provided for in heading 4412 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, preliminarily determined by the Department of Commerce to be subsidized and sold at less-than-fair-value.\1\
