The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has issued a general license to the Exelon Generation Company, LLC, authorizing the operation of the Clinton Power Station Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI), in accordance with its regulations. The Order is being issued to Exelon because Exelon has identified near term plans to store spent fuel in an ISFSI under the general license provisions of the NRC's regulations.

Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed Collection; Comment Request
NARA is giving public notice that the agency proposes to request use of a voluntary survey of visitors to the National Archives Experience (NAE) in Washington, DC. NARA will use the information to determine how the various components of the NAE affect visitors' level of satisfaction with the NAE and how effectively the venues communicate that records matter. The information will support adjustments in our offerings that will improve the overall visitor experience. NARA invites the public to comment on the proposed information collection pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
Electrolytic Manganese Dioxide From Australia and China; Notice of Commission Determination To Conduct Full Five-Year Reviews and Scheduling of Full Five-Year Reviews Concerning the Antidumping Duty Orders on Electrolytic Manganese Dioxide From Australia and China
The Commission hereby gives notice of its determination to conduct, and scheduling of, full reviews pursuant to section 751(c)(5) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1675(c)(5)) (the Act) to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty orders on electrolytic manganese dioxide (``EMD'') from Australia and/or China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. The Commission has determined to exercise its authority to extend the review period by up to 90 days pursuant to 19 U.S.C. 1675(c)(5)(B). For further information concerning the conduct of this review and rules of general application, consult the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure, part 201, subparts A through E (19 CFR part 201), and part 207, subparts A, D, E, and F (19 CFR part 207).

Data Collection Available for Public Comments
The Small Business Administration (SBA) intends to request extension, without change, of the currently approved information collection described below from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, 44 U.S.C Chapter 35 requires federal agencies to publish a notice in the Federal Register concerning each proposed collection of information before submission to OMB, and to allow 60 days for public comment in response to the notice. This notice complies with such requirement.
Restrictions on Legal Assistance to Aliens; Corrections
The Legal Services Corporation (LSC) published a document in the Federal Register on April 18, 2014, amending LSC rules governing restrictions on legal assistance to aliens. That document failed to include paragraph headings in a section. This document corrects the final regulations by revising the section.
Information Collections Being Reviewed by the Federal Communications Commission
As part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork burdens, and as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3501-3520), the Federal Communication Commission (FCC or Commission) invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on the following information collections. Comments are requested concerning: Whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the Commission, including whether the information shall have practical utility; the accuracy of the Commission's burden estimate; ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information collected; ways to minimize the burden of the collection of information on the respondents, including the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology; and ways to further reduce the information collection burden on small business concerns with fewer than 25 employees. In accordance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995 (44 U.S.C. chapter 35), the FDIC may not conduct or sponsor, and the respondent is not required to respond to, an information collection unless it displays a currently valid Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number. As part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, the FDIC invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on renewal of an existing information collection as required by PRA. On March 18, 2014 (79 FR 15122), the FDIC requested comment for 60 days on renewal of its information collection entitled Retail Foreign Exchange Transactions, which is currently approved under OMB Control No. 3064-0182. No comments were received on the proposal to renew. The FDIC hereby gives notice of submission to OMB of its request to renew the collection.

Biweekly Notice; Applications and Amendments to Facility Operating Licenses and Combined Licenses Involving No Significant Hazards Considerations
Pursuant to Section 189a. (2) of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is publishing this regular biweekly notice. The Act requires the Commission to publish notice of any amendments issued, or proposed to be issued and grants the Commission the authority to issue and make immediately effective any amendment to an operating license or combined license, as applicable, upon a determination by the Commission that such amendment involves no significant hazards consideration, notwithstanding the pendency before the Commission of a request for a hearing from any person. This biweekly notice includes all notices of amendments issued, or proposed to be issued from April 31, 2014 to May 14, 2014. The last biweekly notice was published on May 13, 2014.
