The Farm Credit Administration (FCA) is publishing the list of FCA Board policy statements, which has not changed since its last publication.

The United States International Trade Commission (Commission) is issuing this notice to advise the public that the agency's Law Library will no longer be open to walk-in customers, but will be accessible by providing advance notice by telephone after a period of renovation.

The Antitrust Modernization Commission will hold a public meeting on June 23 & 24, 2006. The purpose of the meeting is for the Antitrust Modernization Commission to deliberate on possible recommendations regarding the antitrust laws to Congress and the President.

Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on May 8, 2006, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337, on behalf of Novo Nordisk A/S, Novo Nordisk Inc., and Novo Nordisk Pharmaceuticals Industries, Inc. Supplemental letters were filed on May 11 and 23, 2006. The complaint, as supplemented, alleges violations of section 337 in the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain insulin delivery devices, including cartridges having adaptor tops, and components thereof, by reason of infringement of claims 1-3, 5-7, 11, 18, and 19 of U.S. Patent 5,693,027. The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists or is in the process of being established as required by subsection (a)(2) of section 337. The complainant requests that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue a permanent exclusion order and a permanent cease and desist order.

The Committee is proposing to add to the Procurement List products and services to be furnished by nonprofit agencies employing persons who are blind or have other severe disabilities, and to delete products previously furnished by such agencies. The National Science Foundation (NSF) has submitted the following information collection requirement to OMB for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, Public Law 104-13. This is the second notice for public comment; the first was published in the Federal Register at 71 FR 4382, and no comments were received. NSF is forwarding the proposed renewal submission to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for clearance simultaneously with the publication of this second notice. This document corrects a final rule appearing in the Federal Register on May 30, 2006 (71 FR 30722) concerning the licensing, inspection, and annual fees charged to NRC applicants and licensees in compliance with the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990, as amended. This action is necessary to correct typographical and printing errors.

The NRC has recently submitted to OMB for review the following proposal for the collection of information under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35). 1. The title of the information collection: 10 CFR parts 20 and 32, ``National Source Tracking of Sealed Sources'' and NRC Form 748, ``National Source Tracking Transaction Report.'' 3. The form number if applicable: NRC Form 748, ``National Source Tracking Transaction Report.'' 4. How often the collection is required: Initially, at completion of a transaction, and at inventory reconciliation. 5. Who will be required or asked to report: Licensees that manufacture, receive, transfer, disassemble, or dispose of nationally tracked sources. 6. An estimate of the number of annual responses: 5,041.
