The USA-CDA-2020-1904-05 Panel has granted a consent motion filed on behalf of the Full Member Subgroup of the American Institute of Steel Construction, LLC, requesting the termination of panel review in the Certain Fabricated Structural Steel from Canada; Final Negative Injury Determination (Fabricated Structural Steel from Canada IN) dispute. Given the Panel's ruling on this consent motion, and pursuant to Rule 71(2) of the NAFTA Rules of Procedure for Article 1904 Binational Panel Reviews (Rules), the Fabricated Structural Steel from Canada IN dispute has been terminated. As a result, and in accordance with Rule 78(a), notice is hereby given that panel review of the Fabricated Structural Steel from Canada IN dispute has been completed effective September 28, 2023.

The Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) annually hosts BARDA Industry Day (BID), a two-day conference with industry and our government partners to share BARDA's goals and objectives, increase awareness of U.S. government medical countermeasure (MCM) priorities, and facilitate collaboration between public and private sectors within the health security space. The Appointments Panel's mission is to assist in the selection, appointment, and monitoring of special government employee members of FASAB. The panel also assists the Sponsors and FASAB in evaluating and monitoring adherence to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) criteria for an entity designated as a source for generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is correcting a final rule that appeared in the Federal Register on September 19, 2023. The document issued was to conform the NASA FAR Supplement (NFS) to changes in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) that reflect an updated ``commercial item'' definition pursuant to a section of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2019.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA, Agency, or we) is announcing the availability of a final guidance entitled ``Prior Notice of Imported Food Questions and Answers (Edition 4): Guidance for Industry.'' The guidance document updates the current version of the guidance by including three additional questions. One question relates to any effect systems recognition or equivalency determinations have on prior notice requirements. The other two questions relate to FDA's notice to a submitter or transmitter of prior notice of an FDA refusal for inadequate prior notice or hold, if the food article is from a foreign facility that is not registered and addresses the timeframe for making requests for FDA review of such refusal or hold. FDA is also making other technical editorial changes. The guidance announced in this notice finalizes the draft guidance of the same title dated September 13, 2022.

The FAA is withdrawing a previously published NPRM, ``Compliance with applicable regulations,'' that proposed excluding its applicability to import products that have been type certificated outside of the United States by a foreign civil aviation authority bilateral partner. These products are validated by FAA consistent with the requirements in the rulemaking, ``Issue of type certificate: import products.'' The NPRM proposed to eliminate the requirement for redundant compliance statements by both the foreign civil aviation authority and the foreign applicant.
