Service Contract Inventory
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is publishing this notice to advise the public of the availability of its Fiscal Year (FY) 2020 Service Contract Inventory and FY 2019 Service Contract Inventory Analysis. The NRC's FY 2020 Service Contract Inventory is included as part of a Government-wide service contract inventory. The inventory includes covered service contracts that were awarded in FY 2020. The FY 2019 Inventory Analysis provides information on specific contract actions that were analyzed as part of the NRC's FY 2019 Service Contract Inventory.

Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Proposed Chuckwalla Solar Projects, Clark County, Nevada
This notice advises the public that the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), as the lead Federal agency, with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), National Park Service (NPS), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), Department of the Air Force (DAF), Nevada Department of Wildlife (NDOW), and the Moapa Band of Paiute Indians (Moapa Band) as cooperating agencies, intends to file a draft environmental impact statement (DEIS) with the EPA for the proposed Chuckwalla Solar Projects (Projects). The DEIS evaluates four photovoltaic (PV) solar energy generation and storage projects on the Moapa River Indian Reservation (Reservation) and generation interconnection (gen-tie) lines along with the use of existing access roads and an existing gen- tie line located on the Reservation, Reservation lands managed by BLM, BLM lands, and private land. This notice also announces that the DEIS is now available for public review and that public meetings will be held to solicit comments on the DEIS.

General Motors, LLC, Denial of Petition for Decision of Inconsequential Noncompliance
General Motors, LLC, (GM) has determined that certain model year (MY) 2010-2017 GMC Terrain motor vehicles do not fully comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 108, Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment. GM filed a noncompliance report dated May 15, 2019. GM subsequently petitioned NHTSA on June 7, 2019, for a decision that the subject noncompliance is inconsequential as it relates to motor vehicle safety. This document announces the denial of GM's petition.
