The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is issuing an exemption in response to a September 30, 2019, request from Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon) from regulatory requirements to allow Byron Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2, and Braidwood Station, Units 1 and 2, to use an alternative methodology for determining reactor coolant system pressure-temperature limits. Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on July 31, 2020, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, on behalf of General Electric Company of Boston, Massachusetts. A supplement to the complaint was filed on August 21, 2020. The complaint alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain variable speed wind turbine generators and components thereof by reason of infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 6,921,985 (``the '985 patent'') and U.S. Patent No. 7,629,705 (``the '705 patent). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by the applicable Federal Statute. The complainant requests that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.

The boundary of First State National Historical Park is modified to include approximately 254 acres of land located in Concord Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, immediately adjoining the boundary of First State National Historical Park. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) approved the Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas' (Tribe) Part 3 Business Leases, Chapter 27 Leasing Code under the Helping Expedite and Advance Responsible Tribal Homeownership Act of 2012 (HEARTH Act). With this approval, the Tribe is authorized to enter into business leases without further BIA approval.
