As part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork burdens, and as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), the Federal Communications Commission (FCC or Commission) invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on the following information collections. Comments are requested concerning: Whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the Commission, including whether the information shall have practical utility; the accuracy of the Commission's burden estimate; ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information collected; ways to minimize the burden of the collection of information on the respondents, including the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology; and ways to further reduce the information collection burden on small business concerns with fewer than 25 employees. This research study involves two parts: Development of a fatigue management eLearning training tool designed for drivers-for-hire (e.g., taxi drivers; ride sourcing drivers); and an evaluation of the effectiveness of this training alone and paired with the wrist-device that provides personalized daily fatigue scores.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 2 is publishing a direct final Notice of Deletion of the Hormigas Ground Water Plume Superfund Site (Site), located in Caguas, Puerto Rico, from the National Priorities List (NPL). The NPL, promulgated pursuant to section 105 of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980, as amended, is an appendix of the National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan (NCP). The EPA, with the concurrence of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico (Commonwealth), through the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources (DNER), has determined that all appropriate response actions under CERCLA have been completed. However, this deletion does not preclude future actions under Superfund.
