This exempted fishing permit would allow two commercial fishing vessels participating in an electronic monitoring program to fish in the Southern New England Regulated Mesh Area with a 6-inch (15.24 cm) diamond mesh codend. Regulations under the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act require publication of this notification to provide interested parties the opportunity to comment on applications for proposed exempted fishing permits.

The FAA proposes to supersede Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2017-14-05 for Airbus Helicopters Model SA330J helicopters. AD 2017-14- 05 requires replacing certain right-hand (RH) hydraulic pumps and is prompted by reports of broken screws that attach the cover of the hydraulic pump. This proposed AD would continue to require the same actions as AD 2017-14-05 but would also require replacing the left-hand (LH) hydraulic pump. The actions of this proposed AD are intended to address an unsafe condition on these products.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is updating a portion of the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) Air Regulations. Requirements applying to OCS sources located within 25 miles of states' seaward boundaries must be updated periodically to remain consistent with the requirements of the corresponding onshore area (COA), as mandated by section 328(a)(1) of the Clean Air Act (CAA). The portion of the OCS air regulations that is being updated pertains to the requirements for OCS sources for which Virginia is the designated COA. The Commonwealth of Virginia's requirements discussed in this document and listed in the appendix to the Federal OCS air regulations, are approved for incorporation into the compilation of state provisions that is incorporated by reference.
