Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined not to review the presiding administrative law judge's (``ALJ'') initial determination (``ID'') (Order No. 26) granting complainant's motion for summary determination of violation of Section 337 in Inv. No. 337-TA-740, Certain Toner Cartridges and Components Thereof.
Recent Trends in U.S. Services Trade, 2012 Annual Report; Schedule for 2012 Report and Opportunity To Submit Information; Availability of 2011 Report
The Commission has prepared and published annual reports in this series under investigation No. 332-345 since 1996. The 2011 report is now available from the Commission online and in printed form. The 2012 report, which the Commission plans to publish in July 2012, will cover cross-border trade for the period ending in 2010 and transactions by affiliates based outside the country of their parent firm for the period ending in 2009. The Commission is inviting interested members of the public to furnish information in connection with the 2012 report.
Preserved Mushrooms from Chile, China, India, and Indonesia
The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of expedited reviews pursuant to section 751(c)(3) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1675(c)(3)) (the Act) to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty orders on preserved mushrooms from Chile, China, India, and Indonesia would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. For further information concerning the conduct of these reviews and rules of general application, consult the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure, part 201, subparts A through E (19 CFR part 201), and part 207, subparts A, D, E, and F (19 CFR part 207).
