The President's Management Advisory Board, a Federal Advisory Committee established in accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), 5 U.S.C., App., and Executive Order 13538, will hold a public meeting on June 17, 2011.

The NRC invites public comment about our intention to request the OMB's approval for renewal of an existing information collection that is summarized below. We are required to publish this notice in the Federal Register under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. chapter 35). Information pertaining to the requirement to be submitted: 1. The title of the information collection: 10 CFR Part 75 Safeguards on Nuclear Material, Implementation of US/IAEA Agreement. 2. Current OMB approval number: OMB 3150-0055. 3. How often the collection is required: Occasionally. 4. Who is required or asked to report: Licensees of facilities on the U.S. eligible list who have been selected by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) for reporting or recordkeeping activities. 5. The number of annual respondents: 6. 6. The number of hours needed annually to complete the requirement or request: 2,400.4 (6 Respondents x 400 hours per response). 7. Abstract: 10 CFR part 75 requires selected licensees to permit inspections by IAEA representatives, give immediate notice to the NRC in specified situations involving the possibility of loss of nuclear material, and give notice for imports and exports of specified amounts of nuclear material. These licensees will also follow written material accounting and control procedures, although actual reporting of transfer and material balance records to the IAEA will be done through the U. S. State system (Nuclear Materials Management and Safeguards System, collected under OMB clearance numbers 3150-0003, 3150-0004, 3150-0057, and 3150-0058). The NRC needs this information to implement its responsibilities under the US/IAEA agreement. Submit, by July 22, 2011, comments that address the following questions: 1. Is the proposed collection of information necessary for the NRC to properly perform its functions? Does the information have practical utility? 2. Is the burden estimate accurate? 3. Is there a way to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected? 4. How can the burden of the information collection be minimized, including the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology? The Federal Communications Commission, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork burden invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on the following information collection(s), as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995. Nevada has scheduled a Special General Election on September 13, 2011, to fill the U.S. House seat in the 2nd Congressional District formerly held by Senator Dean Heller. Committees required to file reports in connection with the Special General Election on September 13, 2011, shall file a 12-day Pre-General Report, and a 30-day Post-General Report.

The Board is proposing to amend Regulation E, which implements the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, and the official staff commentary to the regulation, which interprets the requirements of Regulation E. The proposal contains new protections for consumers who send remittance transfers to consumers or entities in a foreign country, by providing consumers with disclosures and error resolution rights. The proposed amendments implement statutory requirements set forth in the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.

The Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS), as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, conducts a pre-clearance consultation program to provide the general public and federal agencies with an opportunity to comment on proposed and/or continuing collections of information in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA95) (44 U.S.C. Sec. 3506(c)(2)(A)). This program helps to ensure that requested data can be provided in the desired format, reporting burden (time and financial resources) is minimized, collection instruments are clearly understood, and the impact of collection requirement on respondents can be properly assessed. Currently, the Corporation is soliciting comments concerning the AmeriCorps Annual Progress Report designed to collect demographic, performance, and narrative information from federal grantees. These reports will be submitted by grantees that receive a grant from AmeriCorps State and National. Completion of the Progress Report is required as a condition of these awards. Copies of the information collection request can be obtained by contacting the office listed in the addresses section of this notice.

This action adds services to the Procurement List that will be provided by nonprofit agencies employing persons who are blind or have other severe disabilities, and deletes services from the Procurement List previously provided by such agencies.

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) is re-organizing and re-adopting existing investment regulations that apply to the Federal Home Loan Banks (Banks) and that were previously adopted by the Federal Housing Finance Board (Finance Board). The regulation is being adopted as a new part in FHFA's regulations. As part of this rulemaking, FHFA will incorporate limits on the Banks' investment in mortgage-backed securities (MBS) and certain asset-backed securities (ABS) that were previously set forth in the Finance Board's Financial Management Policy (FMP). The FMP will terminate as of the effective date of this rule.

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC or Commission) plans to hold a public workshop on June 20-21, 2011, in New York, New York, to solicit comments on certain issues under consideration to amend the medical use regulations, including reporting and notifications of Medical Events (MEs) for permanent implant brachytherapy. The NRC plans to hold a second public workshop on the same subject matter in August 2011 in Houston, Texas. The specific location and dates for the second workshop in Houston are currently being determined. The NRC is also making available for comment preliminary draft rule language concerning the NRC's proposed amendments to the medical use regulations. This document briefly summarizes the proposed amendments.

This document solicits public comments on the economic impact of low-power FM stations on full-service commercial FM stations in connection with the Commission's preparation of an economic study and report due to Congress, as required by section 8 of the Local Community Radio Act of 2010.
