The NRC has recently submitted to OMB for review the following proposal for the collection of information under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35). The NRC hereby informs potential respondents that an agency may not conduct or sponsor, and that a person is not required to respond to, a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number. The NRC published a Federal Register Notice with a 60-day comment period on this information collection on April 7, 2008. 1. Type of submission, new, revision, or extension: Extension. 2. The title of the information collection: Grant and Cooperative Agreement Provisions. 3. Current OMB approval number: 3150-0107. 4. The form number if applicable: Not applicable. 5. How often the collection is required: Technical performance reports are submitted every six months, other information is submitted on occasion, as needed. 6. Who will be required or asked to report: Grantees and Cooperators. 7. An estimate of the number of annual responses: 458 (318 responses plus 140 recordkeepers). 8. The estimated number of annual respondents: 140. 9. An estimate of the total number of hours needed annually to complete the requirement or request: 3,381 (3,153 reporting hours plus 228 recordkeeping hours). 10. Abstract: The Division of Contracts (DC) is responsible for awarding grants and cooperative agreements for the NRC. The DC collects information from grantees and cooperators in order to administer these programs. The DC uses provisions (required to obtain or retain a benefit in its awards and cooperative agreements) to ensure: adherence to Public Laws, that the Government's rights are protected, that work proceeds on schedule, and that disputes between the Government and the recipient are settled. Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on May 12, 2008, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337, on behalf of Flexsys America L.P. of St. Louis, Missouri. A supplement to the complaint was filed on June 2, 2008. On June 2, 2008, the Commission voted to extend by 30 days the deadline for its decision on whether to institute an investigation based on the complaint. The complaint, as supplemented, alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain rubber antidegradants, antidegradant intermediates, and products containing the same that infringe certain claims of U.S. Patent Nos. 5,453,541 and 5,608,111. The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by subsection (a)(2) of section 337. The complainant requests that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue an exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
