On August 27, 2019 ICE published in the Federal Register requests for comments on the revision of the currently approved I-352 Immigration Bond collection. An information field did not display correctly on the published version of the revised draft bond form.

In accordance with the Paperwork Reductions Act (PRA) of 1995 the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) will submit the following Information Collection Request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance. The purpose of this notice is to allow an additional 30 days for public comments. To provide greater transparency, ICE is providing clarification of the changes in the 30-day notice. The changes to the collection were to increase the burden estimates based on the anticipated increase in the number of students enrolled in STEM. There were no other changes to the collection or form.
