Applicants seek an order approving the substitution of shares of certain series of John Hancock Trust (``JHT'') for shares of certain series of other, unaffiliated, registered investment companies as described herein. Filing Date: The application was filed on July 31, 2006, and an amended and restated application was filed on March 8, 2007. Hearing or Notification of Hearing: An order granting the application will be issued unless the Commission orders a hearing.
