The Postal Service also seeks waiver of this requirement for the upcoming annual review process if the Commission cannot complete consideration of the request for permanent elimination before that process begins. The Commission provides public notice of the establishment of this docket, describes the Postal Service's request, and invites public comment on both the requested reporting change and the application for waiver.
