Agency Information Collection Activities; Comment Request; Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act Forms EE-1, EE-1-SPA EE-2, EE-2-SPA, EE-3, EE-3-SPA, EE-4, EE-4-SPA, Form EE-7, EE-7-SPA, EE/EN-8, EE/EN-9, EE/EN-10, EE/EN-11A EE/EN-11B, EE/EN-12, EE/EN-13, EE/EN-16, EE-17A, EE-17B AND EE/EN-20
The Department of Labor, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, conducts a preclearance consultation program to provide the general public and Federal agencies with an opportunity to comment on proposed and/or continuing collections of information in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA95). This program helps to ensure that requested data can be provided in the desired format, reporting burden (time and financial resources) is minimized, collection instruments are clearly understood, and the impact of collection requirements on respondents can be properly assessed. Currently, the Office of Workers' Compensation Programs is soliciting comments concerning the proposed collection: Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act Forms (EE-1, EE-1-SPA EE-2, EE-2-SPA, EE-3, EE-3-SPA, EE-4, EE-4- SPA, EE-7, EE-7-SPA, EE/EN-8, EE/EN-9, EE/EN-10, EE/EN-11A EE/EN-11B, EE/EN-12, EE/EN-13, EE/EN-16, EE-17A, EE-17B AND EE/EN-20). The Energy Employee forms are required to determine a claimant's eligibility for compensation under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act and are required to enable eligible claimants to receive benefits.
