Office of the Secretary January 17, 2018 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Defense Security Service (DSS) announces the proposed public information collection and seeks public comment on the provisions thereof. Comments are invited on: Whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the agency, including whether the information shall have practical utility; the accuracy of the agency's estimate of the burden of the proposed information collection; ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected; and ways to minimize the burden of the information collection on respondents, including through the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology.

The Department of Transportation (DOT) invites public comments about our intention to request the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval for an information collection. The collection involves two reports in which DOT will use the data to measure program achievement to determine whether the intention of the program to assist small businesses getting the developmental tools required to compete and perform in DOT and federal procurement programs is achieved. In addition, DOT is seeking comments on form OST F 5020.1 (2-12), which we have updated with two additional questions about number of employees and amount of federal contracts.

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, we, the Office of Acquisition and Property Management, Office of the Secretary, Department of the Interior are proposing to renew an information collection.
