Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program Eligibility; Corrections
The United States Office of Personnel Management (OPM) published a document in the Federal Register on October 30, 2015, (80 FR 66785) expanding eligibility to apply for coverage under the Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program (FLTCIP). The final rule stated that the definitions for ``domestic partner'' and ``domestic partnership'' were revised, but OPM meant to add the definitions. This correcting amendment adds those definitions to OPM's regulations.
Prevailing Rate Systems; Definition of Hancock County, Mississippi, to a Nonappropriated Fund Federal Wage System Wage Area
The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is issuing a final rule to define Hancock County, Mississippi, as an area of application county to the Harrison, MS, nonappropriated fund (NAF) Federal Wage System (FWS) wage area. This change is necessary because there are four NAF FWS employees working in Hancock County, and the county is not currently defined to a NAF wage area.

Privacy Act of 1974; Computer Matching Program

January 2016 Pay Schedules
The President has signed an Executive order to implement the January 2016 pay adjustments for certain Federal civilian employees. The Executive order authorizes a 1- percent across-the-board increase for statutory pay systems and locality pay increases costing approximately 0.3 percent of basic payroll, reflecting an overall average pay increase of 1.3 percent. This is consistent with the President's alternative pay plan issued under 5 U.S.C. 5303(b) on August 28, 2015, and the President's alternative pay plan issued under 5 U.S.C. 5304a on November 30, 2015. This notice serves as documentation for the public record.

Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project in the Department of Defense: Correction
The U.S. Office of Personnel Management published a document in the Federal Register on March 31, 2015, announcing amendments to a demonstration project plan for the civilian acquisition workforce of the Department of Defense.
