Notice of Revision of Standard Form 62
The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has revised Standard Form (SF) 62, Agency Request To Pass Over A Preference Eligible or Object To An Eligible, to update legal citations to reflect the December 31, 1994, subset of the Federal Personnel Manual and the recent changes to 5 CFR parts 332, 338, 339, and 731. The SF 62 is used by agencies to pass over a preference eligible or object to an eligible based on qualification, medical, or conduct reasons. The agency must submit appropriate documentation for its decision. The revised form is PDF fillable and is located on OPM's Web site at https://www.opm.gov/ forms/html.sf.asp for agency use. This version supersedes all previous versions. Please destroy any versions you may have in stock.
Submission for Review: Verification of Full-Time School Attendance, RI 25-49
The Retirement Services, Office of Personnel Management (OPM) offers the general public and other Federal agencies the opportunity to comment on a revised information collection request (ICR) 3206-0215, Verification of Full-Time School Attendance. As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 104-13, 44 U.S.C. chapter 35) as amended by the Clinger-Cohen Act (Pub. L. 104-106), OPM is soliciting comments for this collection. The Office of Management and Budget is particularly interested in comments that: 1. Evaluate whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of functions of the agency, including whether the information will have practical utility; 2. Evaluate the accuracy of the agency's estimate of the burden of the proposed collection of information, including the validity of the methodology and assumptions used; 3. Enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected; and 4. Minimize the burden of the collection of information on those who are to respond, including through the use of appropriate automated, electronic, mechanical, or other technological collection techniques or other forms of information technology, e.g., permitting electronic submissions of responses.

Office of Personnel Management (OPM) submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for emergency clearance and review for the Request for Information, Multi-State Plans.
