Requested Administrative Waiver of the Coastwise Trade Laws: Vessel SOLSTIZIO; Invitation for Public Comments
The Secretary of Transportation, as represented by the Maritime Administration (MARAD), is authorized to grant waivers of the U.S.-build requirement of the coastwise laws under certain circumstances.
