Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on February 19, 2021, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, on behalf of Samsung Display Co., Ltd. of Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea and Intellectual Keystone Technology LLC of Wilmington, Delaware. A corrected complaint and supplement was filed on March 12, 2021. The complaint, as corrected and supplemented, alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain organic light-emitting diode displays, components thereof, and products containing same by reason of infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 6,845,016 (``the '016 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 7,342,177 (``the '177 patent''); and U.S. Patent No. 7,230,593 (``the '593 patent''). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by the applicable Federal Statute. The complainants request that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined that there is a violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, in the above-captioned investigation. The Commission has issued a general exclusion order (``GEO'') barring entry of certain shaker screens and components thereof that infringe certain claims of three patents asserted in this investigation. The investigation is terminated.

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint entitled Certain Skin Rejuvenation Devices, Components Thereof, and Products Containing the Same, DN 3538; the Commission is soliciting comments on any public interest issues raised by the complaint or complainant's filing pursuant to the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure.

Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on January 28, 2021, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, on behalf of Draft Top, LLC of Long Branch, New Jersey. Supplements to the complaint were filed on February 12 and 19 and March 1 and 2, 2021. The complaint, as supplemented, alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain apparatus and methods of opening containers by reason of infringement of a claim of U.S. Patent No. 10,519,016 (``the '016 patent''). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by the applicable Federal Statute. The complainant requests that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue a general exclusion order, or in the alternative a limited exclusion order, and cease and desist orders.

On March 8, 2021, the Department of Commerce published notices in the Federal Register of a negative final determination of subsidies in connection with the subject investigation concerning Brazil (86 FR 13289) and negative final determinations of sales at less-than-fair- value in connection with the subject investigations concerning Greece and Korea (86 FR 13300, 86 FR 13307). Accordingly, the countervailing duty investigation concerning common alloy aluminum sheet from Brazil (Investigation No. 701-TA-640 (Final)), the antidumping duty investigation concerning common alloy aluminum sheet from Greece (Investigation No. 731-TA-1480 (Final)), and the antidumping duty investigation concerning common alloy aluminum sheet from Korea (Investigation No. 731-TA-1484 (Final)) are terminated.

The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of the final phase of antidumping and countervailing duty investigation Nos. 701-TA-656 and 731-TA-1533 (Final) pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (``the Act'') to determine whether an industry in the United States is materially injured or threatened with material injury, or the establishment of an industry in the United States is materially retarded, by reason of imports of metal lockers from China, provided for in subheadings 9403.20.00 and 9403.90.80 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, preliminarily determined by the Department of Commerce (``Commerce'') to be subsidized and sold at less-than-fair-value.

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission (``Commission'') has determined to institute a rescission proceeding in the above-captioned investigation and rescind the general exclusion order (``GEO'') and seizure and forfeiture orders (``SFOs'') previously issued in the investigation. The GEO and SFOs are hereby rescinded, and the rescission proceeding is terminated.

The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of the final phase of antidumping investigation Nos. 731-TA-1534-1536 (Final) pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (``the Act'') to determine whether an industry in the United States is materially injured or threatened with material injury, or the establishment of an industry in the United States is materially retarded, by reason of imports of methionine from France, Japan, and Spain, provided for in subheadings 2930.40.00 and 2930.90.46 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, preliminarily determined by the Department of Commerce (``Commerce'') to be sold at less-than-fair-value.

Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on February 1, 2021, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, on behalf of Evolved Wireless, LLC of Austin, Texas. Supplements to the complaint were filed on February 22 and 23, 2021. The complaint, as supplemented, alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain LTE-compliant cellular communication devices by reason of infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. RE46,679 (``the '679 Patent''); U.S. Patent No. RE48,326 (``the '326 Patent''); and U.S. Patent No. 10,517,120 (``the '120 Patent''). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by the applicable Federal Statute. The complainant requests that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.

The Commission hereby gives notice of the institution of investigations and commencement of preliminary phase antidumping and countervailing duty investigation Nos. 701-TA-665 and 731-TA-1557 (Preliminary) pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (``the Act'') to determine whether there is a reasonable indication that an industry in the United States is materially injured or threatened with material injury, or the establishment of an industry in the United States is materially retarded, by reason of imports of certain mobile access equipment and subassemblies thereof (``mobile access equipment'') from China, provided for in statistical reporting numbers 8427.10.8020, 8427.10.8030, 8427.10.8070, 8427.10.8095, 8427.20.8020, 8427.20.8090, and 8431.20.0000 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, that are alleged to be sold in the United States at less than fair value and alleged to be subsidized by the Government of China. Unless the Department of Commerce (``Commerce'') extends the time for initiation, the Commission must reach a preliminary determination in antidumping and countervailing duty investigations in 45 days, or in this case by April 12, 2021. The Commission's views must be transmitted to Commerce within five business days thereafter, or by April 19, 2021.

The complaint alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain robotic floor cleaning devices and components thereof by reason of infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 9,884,423 (``the '423 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 10,813,517 (``the '517 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 10,835,096 (``the '096 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 7,571,511 (``the '511 patent''); and U.S. Patent No. 10,296,007 (``the '007 patent''). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by the applicable Federal Statute. The complainant requests that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission (``Commission'') has determined not to review an initial determination (``ID'') (Order No. 8) of the presiding administrative law judge (``ALJ'') granting an unopposed motion of complainant US Synthetic Corporation for leave to amend the complaint and notice of investigation to substitute Guangdong Juxin New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.as a respondent in place of Zhuhai Juxin Technology.

The Commission hereby gives notice that it has instituted this review pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (``the Act''), as amended, to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty finding on pressure sensitive plastic tape from Italy would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury. Pursuant to the Act, interested parties are requested to respond to this notice by submitting the information specified below to the Commission.
