Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission (``Commission'') has determined to institute a rescission proceeding in the above-captioned investigation and rescind the general exclusion order (``GEO'') and seizure and forfeiture orders (``SFOs'') previously issued in the investigation. The GEO and SFOs are hereby rescinded, and the rescission proceeding is terminated.

Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on February 4, 2021, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, on behalf of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. of Korea and Samsung Austin Semiconductor, LLC of Austin, Texas. The complaint alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain semiconductor devices, wireless infrastructure equipment containing the same, and components thereof by reason of infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 9,748,243 (``the '243 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 9,018,697 (``the '697 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 9,048,219 (``the '219 patent''); and U.S. Patent No. 9,761,719 (``the '719 patent''). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by the applicable Federal Statute. The complainants request that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
