Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on April 11, 2016, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337, on behalf of Daimler AG of Stuttgart, Germany. Supplements to the Complaint were filed on April 28, 2016 and April 29, 2016. On May 2, 2016, the Commission voted on Complainant's request to postpone the determination on whether to institute an investigation based on the Complaint, which was approved by the Commission. The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by subsection (a)(2) of section 337. The complainant requests that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue a general exclusion order, or in the alternative a limited exclusion order, and cease and desist orders.
