Circular Welded Carbon-Quality Steel Pipe From India, Oman, the United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam
The U.S. International Trade Commission (``Commission'') hereby gives notice of the court-ordered remand of its final determinations in the countervailing duty investigations of circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe (``CWP'') from India, Oman, and the United Arab Emirates (``UAE'') and the antidumping duty investigations of CWP from India, Oman, the UAE, and Vietnam. For further information concerning the conduct of these remand proceedings and rules of general application, consult the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure, part 201, subparts A through E (19 CFR part 201), and part 207, subpart A (19 CFR part 207).

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined to review-in-part the final initial determination (``ID'') issued by the presiding administrative law judge (``ALJ'') on September 26, 2014, finding a violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337, in this investigation.
