The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished and unfinished, (TRBs) from the People's Republic of China (China) have been sold at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), June 1, 2021, through May 31, 2022. The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is revoking, in part, the antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules (solar cells), from the People's Republic of China (China) with respect to certain off-grid small portable crystalline silicon photovoltaic (CSPV) panels as described below.

In response to a request from AM Stone Cabinets, Inc. (AM Stone), the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is initiating changed circumstances reviews (CCR) of the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on certain quartz surface products (quartz surface products) from the People's Republic of China (China) to determine whether the quartz surface products imported by AM Stone into the United States and exported by Universal Quartz and Stone Industrial SDN BHD (Universal Quartz) from Malaysia were manufactured in Malaysia with non-Chinese origin quartz slab.

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is amending the final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain steel racks and parts thereof from the People's Republic of China (China) to correct a ministerial error. The period of review is September 1, 2020, through August 31, 2022.

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate (CTL plate) from the Republic of Korea (Korea). The period of review (POR) is May 1, 2021, through April 30, 2022. The review covers one producer and/or exporter of the subject merchandise, POSCO, POSCO International Corporation and its affiliated companies (collectively, the POSCO single entity). The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) published notice in the Federal Register of June 6, 2023, in which Commerce amended the antidumping duty order on truck and bus tires from the People's Republic of China (China). This notice contained an incorrect description of the amended order effective date, the merchandise that should be liquidated, and the merchandise which remains subject to the order and which remains enjoined.
