The Secretary of Commerce, through the Office of Trade and Economic Analysis (``OTEA'') of the International Trade Administration, has received an application for an amended Export Trade Certificate of Review (``Certificate''). This notice summarizes the proposed amendment and seeks public comments on whether the amended Certificate should be issued.

As a result of this expedited sunset review, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order on dioctyl terephthalate (DOTP) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated in the ``Final Results of Review'' section of this notice.
