On January 29, 2021, the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) issued its final judgment in Shandong Yongtai Group Co., Ltd. v. United States, Consol. Court No. 18-00077, sustaining the Department of Commerce (Commerce)'s first remand results pertaining to the administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain passenger vehicle and light truck tires (passenger tires) from the People's Republic of China (China) covering the period of review (POR) January 27, 2015, through July 31, 2016. Commerce is notifying the public that the CIT's final judgment is not in harmony with Commerce's final results of the administrative review, and that Commerce is amending the final results with respect to the dumping margin assigned to Shandong Yongtai Chemical Co., Ltd. and its successor-in-interest Shandong Yongtai Group Co., Ltd.

United States Travel and Tourism Advisory Board: Meeting of the United States Travel and Tourism Advisory Board
The United States Travel and Tourism Advisory Board (Board or TTAB) will hold a meeting on Friday, April 23, 2021. The Board advises the Secretary of Commerce (Secretary) on matters relating to the U.S. travel and tourism industry. The purpose of the meeting is for Board members to discuss and vote on recommendations for the Secretary on how to distribute the economic adjustment assistance funding appropriated in section 6001 of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 for ``assistance to States and communities that have suffered economic injury as a result of job and gross domestic product losses in the travel, tourism, or outdoor recreation sectors.'' The final agenda will be posted on the Department of Commerce website for the Board at https://www.trade.gov/ttab-meetings at least two days prior to the meeting.

The Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that Ozdemir Boru Profil San. Ve Tic. Ltd. Sti. (Ozdemir), exporter/producer of heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes (HWR pipes and tubes) from the Republic of Turkey (Turkey), received de minimis net countervailable subsidies during the period of review, January 1, 2018, through December 31, 2018. Commerce is also rescinding this review with regard to eight companies for which timely requests for withdrawal of the request for review were filed by Independence Tube Corporation and Southland Tube, both Nucor Pipe Mills companies (collectively, the petitioners).

On October 15, 2020, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) received a request for revocation, in part, of the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on certain hardwood plywood products (hardwood plywood) from the People's Republic of China (China) with respect to certain finished laminated veneer lumber (LVL) door stiles and rails. We preliminary determine to revoke, in part, the Orders with respect to these products. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

We are deferring, in part, Cimtas' sales reporting until a subsequent review period.
