The products subject to the Order are currently classifiable in Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) statistical reporting numbers 7306.19.1010, 7306.19.1050, 7306.19.5110, 7306.19.5150, 7306.30.1000, 7306.30.5015, 7306.30.5020, 7306.30.5025, 7306.30.5032, 7306.30.5040, 7306.30.5055, 7306.30.5085, 7306.30.5090, 7306.50.1000, 7306.50.5030, 7306.50.5050, and 7306.50.5070. Rescission of Review

    Pursuant to 19 CFR 351.213(d)(1), Commerce will rescind an 
administrative review, in whole or in part, if the party or parties 
that requested a review withdraws the request within 90 days of the 
publication date of the notice of initiation of the requested review. 
As noted above, the petitioner withdrew its request for review of all 
companies within 90 days of the publication date of the notice of 
initiation. No other parties requested an administrative review of the 
order. Therefore, in accordance with 19 CFR 351.213(d)(1), we are 
rescinding this review in its entirety.

Assessment

    Commerce will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to 
assess countervailing duties on all appropriate entries of coated paper 
from China. Countervailing duties shall be assessed at rates equal to
