Chlorinated Isocyanurates from Spain: Notice of Rescission of Antidumping Duty New Shipper Review
In response to a request from Inquide Flix S.A. (Inquide), on February 13, 2008, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published in the Federal Register a notice announcing the initiation of a new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on chlorinated isocyanurates from Spain, covering the period June 1, 2007, through November 30, 2007. On July 22, 2008, Inquide withdrew its request for a new shipper review and, therefore, we are rescinding this review.
Notice of Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review: Certain Individually Quick Frozen Red Raspberries from Chile
The Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain individually quick frozen (IQF) red raspberries from Chile. The period of review (POR) is July 1, 2006, through June 30, 2007. This review covers sales of IQF red raspberries by producer/exporter Sociedad Agroindustrial Valle Frio Ltda. We preliminarily find that, during the POR, sales of IQF red raspberries were not made below normal value. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results. We will issue the final results not later than 120 days from the date of publication of this notice.
Export Trade Certificate of Review
On July 21, 2008, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued an Export Trade Certificate of Review to Redberri Global Corporation (``Redberri''). This notice summarizes the conduct for which certification has been granted.
