This rule amends the regulations the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) follows in processing records under the Freedom of Information Act, in part in compliance with the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016, and otherwise also revises all current IMLS regulations to reflect the agency's change of address and update outdated information.
