Federal Management Regulation; Conversion to Commercial Payment Processes for Postage
The General Services Administration (GSA) is announcing Federal Management Regulation (FMR) Bulletin G-02, which extends the previous 12-month deviation granted by GSA Bulletin FMR G-01 regarding conversion to commercial payment processes for postage. The deviation is being extended another 12 months to allow for more time for comments on the proposed amendments that were announced in the proposed rule on mail accountability published in the Federal Register on January 9, 2009 (74 FR 870). Federal Acquisition Regulation; FAR Case 2007-013, Employment Eligibility Verification
The Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration have agreed to delay the applicability date of FAR Case 2007-013, Employment Eligibility Verification, to June 30, 2009.
Federal Acquisition Regulation; Information Collection; Corporate Aircraft Costs
Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35), the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Regulatory Secretariat will be submitting to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve an extension of a currently approved information collection requirement concerning corporate aircraft costs. This OMB clearance expires on June 30, 2009.
