The FTC plans to conduct a study to examine consumer perception of environmental marketing claims. This is the first of two notices required under the Paperwork Reduction Act (``PRA'') in which the FTC seeks public comments on its proposed research before requesting Office of Management and Budget (``OMB'') review of, and clearance for, the collection of information discussed herein.

The Federal Trade Commission is updating its regulations regarding fees for the provision of services in disseminating information and records to the public. The updates reflect changes in, and additions to, the types of services that the Federal Trade Commission provides, and account for changes in the costs of providing such services.

The Commission systematically reviews its rules and guides to ensure they continue to achieve their intended purpose without unduly burdening commerce. As part of this systematic review, the Commission requests public comment on the overall costs, benefits, necessity, and regulatory and economic impact of the FTC's Rules, Regulations, Statements of General Policy or Interpretation and Exemptions under the Fair Packaging and Labeling Act (``FPLA'' or ``Act'').
Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule Safe Harbor Proposed Self-Regulatory Guidelines; iKeepSafe COPPA Safe Harbor Program Application
The Federal Trade Commission publishes this notice and request for public comment concerning proposed self-regulatory guidelines submitted by the Internet Keep Safe Coalition (``iKeepSafe''), under the safe harbor provision of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule.

The FTC intends to ask the Office of Management and Budget (``OMB'') to extend for an additional three years the current Paperwork Reduction Act (``PRA'') clearance for information collection requirements contained in its Funeral Industry Practice Rule (``Funeral Rule'' or ``Rule''). That clearance expires on September 30, 2014.

The FTC intends to conduct an evaluation of Admongo, its advertising literacy program for children ages 812. The evaluation will involve a randomized controlled trial of the Admongo online game, using an internet panel recruited by a market research company. This research will be conducted to further the FTC's mission of protecting consumers from unfair and deceptive marketing. We will consider comments on this proposed research before submitting a request for Office of Management and Budget (OMB) review under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA).
