Agency Information Collection Activities: Comment Request
The Export-Import Banks of the United States (Ex-Im Bank), as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal Agencies to comment on the proposed information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This collection of information is necessary, pursuant to 12 U.S.C. Sec. 635(a)(1), to determine eligibility of the applicant for Ex-Im Bank assistance. The Application for Short-Term Multi-Buyer Export Credit Insurance Policy will be used to determine the eligibility of the applicant and the transaction for Export-Import Bank assistance under its insurance program. Export-Import Bank customers will be able to submit this form on paper or electronically. Five items have been changed on this form. First, the legal certifications have been updated to reflect a new Web site for performing due diligence. Second, two questions related to level of employment have been removed. Third, additional information about ``Affiliates'' and ``Additional Named Insureds'' is being requested. Fourth, additional information about ``Warehouses'' is being requested. Fifth, additional information about ``Exclusions'' is being requested. The third, fourth and fifth changes are only relevant if the applicant indicates that they have Affiliates, use Warehouses, and/or require Exclusions. This Notice is to inform the public, in accordance with Section 3(c)(10) of the Charter of the Export-Import Bank of the United States (``Ex-Im Bank''), that Ex-Im Bank has received an application for final commitment for a long-term loan or financial guarantee in excess of $100 million (as calculated in accordance with Section 3(c)(10) of the Charter). Comments received within the comment period specified below will be presented to the Ex-Im Bank Board of Directors prior to final action on this Transaction.

Advisory Committee of the Export-Import Bank of the United States (Ex-Im Bank); Notice of Open Meeting
The Advisory Committee was established by Public Law 98-181, November 30, 1983, to advise the Export-Import Bank on its programs and to provide comments for inclusion in the reports of the Export-Import Bank of the United States to Congress. Time and Place: Wednesday, December 18, 2013 from 9:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. A break for lunch will be at the expense of the attendee. Security processing will be necessary for reentry into the building. The meeting will be held at Ex-Im Bank in the Main Conference Room 321, 811 Vermont Avenue NW., Washington, DC 20571. Agenda: Agenda items include a briefing for the Advisory Committee members on Bank challenges for 2014, a discussion of the Advisory members roles and responsibilities of an Advisory Committee member, and an ethics briefing. Public Participation: The meeting will be open to public participation, and the last 10 minutes will be set aside for oral questions or comments. Members of the public may also file written statement(s) before or after the meeting.
