The Export-Import Banks of the United States (Ex-Im Bank), as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal Agencies to comment on the proposed information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This collection of information is necessary, pursuant to 12 U.S.C. 635 (a)(1), to determine eligibility of the applicant for Ex-Im Bank assistance. The Application for Short-Term Multi-Buyer Export Credit Insurance Policy will be used to determine the eligibility of the applicant and the transaction for Export-Import Bank assistance under its insurance program. Export-Import Bank customers will be able to submit this form on paper or electronically. Five items have been changed on this form. First, the legal certifications have been updated to reflect a new Web site for performing due diligence. Second, two questions related to level of employment have been removed. Third, additional information about ``Affiliates'' and ``Additional Named Insureds'' is being requested. Fourth, additional information about ``Warehouses'' is being requested. Fifth, additional information about ``Exclusions'' is being requested. The third, fourth and fifth changes are only relevant if the applicant indicates that they have Affiliates, use Warehouses, and/or require Exclusions. The Sub-Saharan Africa Advisory Committee was established by Public Law 105-121, November 26, 1997, to advise the Board of Directors on the development and implementation of policies and programs designed to support the expansion of the Bank's financial commitments in Sub- Saharan Africa under the loan, guarantee, and insurance programs of the Bank. Further, the committee shall make recommendations on how the Bank can facilitate greater support by U.S. commercial banks for trade with Sub-Saharan Africa. Time and Place: September 27, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Export-Import Bank in Room 326, 811 Vermont Avenue NW., Washington, DC 20571. Agenda: Sub-Saharan Africa Advisory Committee presentation to the Export-Import Bank's Board of Directors on Strategy Recommendations for Increasing Export-Import Bank Transactions in Sub-Saharan Africa. Public Participation: The meeting will be open to public participation, and the last 10 minutes will be set aside for oral questions or comments. This Notice is to inform the public, in accordance with Section 3(c)(10) of the Charter of the Export-Import Bank of the United States (``Ex-Im Bank''), that Ex-Im Bank has received an application for final commitment for a long-term loan or financial guarantee in excess of $100 million (as calculated in accordance with Section 3(c)(10) of the Charter). Comments received within the comment period specified below will be presented to the Ex-Im Bank Board of Directors prior to final action on this Transaction.

The Export-Import Bank of the United States (Ex-Im Bank), as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal Agencies to comment on the proposed information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This collection of information is necessary, pursuant to 12 U.S.C. 635(a)(1), to determine eligibility of the export sales for insurance coverage. The Report of Premiums Payable for Financial Institutions Only is used to determine the eligibility of the shipment(s) and to calculate the premium due to Ex-Im Bank for its support of the shipment(s) under its insurance program. Export-Import Bank customers will be able to submit this form on paper or electronically. The Export-Import Bank has made a change to the report to have the insured financial institution provide the industry code (NAICS) associated with each specific export. The insured financial institution already provides a short description of the goods and/or services being exported. This additional piece of information will allow Ex-Im Bank to better track what exports it is covering with its insurance policy.
